How do I sign up for water delivery?It's easy and affordable to sign up for Truly Good water delivery. You can sign up online here at our website, or you can simply telephone us at the number at the top of the Home page. Either way you will be guided through the signup process for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. Stay pure!

How do I contact my delivery driver?You may leave a message for your delivery driver at gooddeedswater@gmail.com or text a message to the driver at the number on the top of our Home page. Either way, the driver will receive your message. Please know that our drivers are not allowed to text while driving. Consider sending your message prior to your delivery date. That way, we can answer your call or respond to your request in time for your next delivery.

How do I cancel my service?To cancel your weekly service, please email us at gooddeedswater@gmail.com with your request. You may also call us at the number on the top of the page. Please give us a minimum 7-day notice before cancellation. We also ask that you arrange to return our bottles by leaving them at the door or handing them to our delivery driver. We respect your decision to cancel, and hope you consider returning soon!

What is the source of our water?Truly Good sources its water from wells within the famed Mesilla Aquifer. The water is filtered via a 9-stage filtration and sanitation process that removes sand, sediment, chlorine, metals (including lead and arsenic) and a variety of other contaminants. The water passes through a reverse osmosis membrane, guaranteeing additional removal of any metals, ions and radionuclides. We sanitize our water using both ozone and UV pass-through, processes known to eliminate bacteria and most viruses. A final polishing filter improves the quality and taste of our water, providing our customers with some of the healthiest, best-tasting water available. We take pride in our bottled water!
