TERMS & CONDITIONS

How It Works

When you sign up for weekly water delivery, Truly Good will start your service on the next scheduled delivery day, typically a Monday or Wednesday. We do NOT charge bottle fees. We simply ask you to return our bottles by leaving them at your delivery location (ie., front door) by 8 a.m. on the morning of your scheduled delivery. We never ask you to sign a contract, and you may cancel your service at any time. Please give Truly Good a 7-day advanced notice via email at gooddeedswater@gmail.com or by calling or texting us at (575) 644-2583 when cancelling your service. 

Customer Care

When it comes to water delivery, we at Truly Good take pride in addressing our customers' needs. When feasible and within the guidelines of our delivery service area, we will place your bottle(s) in an appropriate location either inside or outside your home, office or restaurant. We also respond to reasonable requests made at the time of delivery, such as arranging bottles in a pantry or storage area. At Truly Good Water Delivery, we know a 5-gallon jug can be a heavy lift for some. That's why we offer this extra service at the time of delivery.

Further, if we are ever delinquent in delivering your water, just call or email and we will make it right. We can make a special delivery to your door, or you can seek a full refund for that week's service. Either way, we strive to keep you satisfied with our great-tasting bottled water and the best service in our area!

Privacy & Safety

Under no circumstance will Truly Good sell, market or trade your information either directly or indirectly to another party outside of our company. Period.

Wholesale Inquiries

For one-time events that require delivery of 6 or more bottles, we ask that you contact us at least one week prior to the event. Again, contact us via phone at (575) 644-2583 or email us at gooddeedswater@gmail.com
